In an increasingly diverse world, making worship accessible for everyone is paramount to fostering inclusive communities. Our consulting services focus on identifying and overcoming barriers that may hinder participation in spiritual practices. We collaborate closely with organizations to evaluate physical spaces, enhance digital platforms, and create inclusive programs that welcome individuals of all abilities. By integrating adaptive technologies and providing tailored resources, we empower congregations to embrace all members of their communities, ensuring that the essence of worship resonates universally. Let us guide you in cultivating a space where every voice is heard, every person is valued, and the sacred experience is accessible to all.
-
Creating a church culture that is truly welcoming to individuals with disabilities is an essential step towards fostering inclusive communities and reflecting the love and compassion at the heart of faith. It begins with intentionality—designing spaces that are accessible and inviting while actively engaging church members in meaningful conversations about disability awareness. Educating staff and congregants about diverse needs, implementing assistive technologies, and creating support systems within the church can empower individuals with disabilities to fully participate in worship and community life. By embedding inclusivity in every facet of church operations—from sermons and events to fellowship practices—congregations can cultivate an environment where everyone feels valued and embraced, encouraging all believers to contribute to the vibrancy of their shared faith journey.

AMBASSADORS FROM A WORLD WITHOUT BOUNDARIES.
meet the founder
Dr. Milton James Keys. Three words adequately describe Reverend Doctor Milton Keys: Preacher, Teacher, and Producer. Keys uses these three gifts to change the world. Although he was born with cerebral palsy, and a bleak diagnosis, Milton has let nothing stop him from achieving his goals. Despite being given a two-year life expectancy and was supposed to have severe cognitive disabilities Milton has earned 3 degrees. He has produced and released 13 musical albums, 4 plays, 1 ballet, held 8 youth summits, and completed numerous small projects in the last two and a half decades.
More importantly, Reverend Keys is a child of God and a preacher of the Gospel who has been in ministry for 25 years. He became an ordained minister in 2007 and received his Master of Divinity from Christian Theological Seminary in May 2017. In May 2023 Milton Received his Doctorate in ministry from Christian Theological Seminary. He has delivered sermons to congregations at several services, conferences, and national conventions throughout the Midwest. He has also lectured students of all ages through motivational speaking and poetry.
Although Dr. Keys has been blessed to have much success, he has struggled in the area of finding employment. He found that many employers did not want to hire someone who had a disability. This has caused hardship for Milton. After years of struggling to find a job, God called him to speak about boundaries that society has put up for people with disabilities. Answering this call Milton studied to receive his doctorate in ministry focused on disability and the church. After graduating, Milton founded Advocates Embassy, an organization that is focused on helping organizations build spaces where people with disabilities feel safe, are welcomed, and have access to abundant life.
Keys is current raising support so that he can work full time empowering people with disabilities.
